Lindsay Lohan has got herself into even more trouble after throwing out some vino wine on a plane, just before her DUI trial in LA.
Being spotted with alcohol and wine is certainly not likely to help her defence.
The star was found partying it up on Saturday in France, before flying over to London. It was at this point when she was caught with the booze.
Lohan finally got to Los Angeles, where she will take her hearing, at 7pm Saturday.
In two days time she will be required to go to court and explain her drug and alcohol contents that were found in her possession.
Funnily enough, Lindsay was meant to attend this court hearing a long time ago. She managed to avoid going to the earlier one by explaining that her passport had been “stolen”.
But instead of trying to get her passport issues sorted out, on the day her trial was meant to happen, she spent her time lounging around on a private yacht.
Officials intended to seize Lindsay as soon as she stepped foot in LA, in order to make sure that this time she is present for her court hearing. Lindsay gave $100,000 bail, so we can be fairly confident now that she will be there.
